The course is designed to deliver the fundamentals of air vehicles, classification, components, and construction and the concept behind the propulsion of aircraft. LIPS offers international junior diploma and skill enhancement courses which in turn helps the aspirers become independent thinkers and encourages them to plan for their future.
The course is designed for 30 hours including Self-assessment for each unit. The student shall be certified by Lips Research & DL Centre for Advanced Research & Development and European International University-Paris on completion of the course.
The Course work includes:
Unit I- International Standard Atmosphere, solar
system, Kepler’s Laws, Asteroids and Meteoroids, Early air vehicles and their
classifications, concept of biplanes and monoplanes, regions of sound.
Unit II- Components of an airplane and their function, basic instruments for flying and its operating principle, Types of the primary and secondary control surface, Aircraft pressurization and air conditioning.
Unit III- Newton’s Law for flying and its mathematical concept, Air foils, Nomenclature of airfoil and NACA series, the concept of Aerodynamic forces, endurance, and ceiling.
Unit IV- General types of fly vehicle construction, typical fuselage structure, wing arrangements and wing construction, fixed and rotary wing configuration.
Unit V- Basic ideas about piston engine, the concept of propeller, operating principle of propeller, propeller classifications, working principle of jet engines.
Unit VI- Classification rotorcraft, components of rotorcraft, gyroplane, helicopter, stability concept of gyroplane, Flying concept of compound helicopter, hovering turn.
On successful completion of the course, the student will be able to explain/demonstrate the entire features of an aircraft.
Junior Diploma courses were set up as part of a skill development mission to fulfil the growing need across the globe for skilled manpower across sectors and narrow the existing gap between the demand and supply of skills. There is a compelling need to launch a world-class skill development course in a mission mode that will address the challenge of imparting the skills required by a growing economy. Thereby our JUNIOR DIPLOMAS are designed in such a way, that a very beginner can take up the course and become an expert in that domain. Our diploma programmes can be taken by a 10-year kid and the same is not restricted to a 60-year-old learner.
The programme structure enables the students to:
· Observe the basic concepts of aerospace engineering.
· Describe the concept of flying instruments and flying.
· Define Structural aspects of Space and fly vehicles.
· Discuss the power plants used in aviation and space engineering.
· Discuss the concepts of rotorcraft.
Our objective is to contribute significantly to the overall target of skilling up of people in the world, mainly by fostering basic and fundamental skills and to provide chance for the learner to be an expert in that skill.
Our mission is to upgrade skills to international standards through significant industry involvement and develop necessary frameworks for standards, curriculum and quality assurance.

A comprehensive look at both the creation of organisation/business strategy and how, once created a strategy is best implemented. Essentially a module from the European International University's MBA programme this is available as a separate purchase for those who wish to focus their learning on creation and implementation of strategic intent. With detailed coverage of the topic, this online offering is delivered in 30 sections and needs approximately 25 hours of learning time. Designed over a six month period in 2019, it is an up to date summary of what we have learned about creating and (more importantly) delivering strategic intentions to successfully progress any organisation.

A comprehensive look at best practice in both leadership and people management. The fundamental start point is that Leadership is different from Management and, although almost all agree to this, research continues to show that businesses and organisations are struggling to identify and use these differences effectively. Business results are suffering as a result. Taken from the European University's MBA programme, this online offering is provided in 30 sections and involves approximately 25 hours of learning. Designed over a six month period in 2019 it brings together much that we have learned on impactive leadership as opposed to effective management!!

This course is designed to develop skills in designing, conducting and evaluating action research in the context of management practice. Research can be one of the most interesting features of any degree course as it offers you a measure of control and autonomy over what you learn. It gives you an opportunity to confirm, clarify, pursue – or even discover –new aspects of a subject or topic you are interested in.

A comprehensive look at the progress made and best practices now used increasingly in mainstream HR services that impact business success. The programme covers the moves made from HR's administrative roots to strategic business partner and now the intentions to become a predictive contributor to future business/organisation success. Progress has not been smooth - much more disjointed than we would have liked - but what has emerged (and continues to evolve) are a number of key service deliverables that impact business progress and that set the scene for HR capabilities and deliverables going forward. Taken for the European International Universitiy's MBA programme, this offering is designed in 30 learning sections that require approximately 25 hours of learning.
