It was a hard decision to earn master's in business administration (MBA) after 8 years gap since my bachelors and required a healthy amount of research. Juggling between two jobs and being a single parent i was dreading this big step , but finally registered for this programme on Pedagog on a friends' recommendation. I have not only completed MBA leadership succesfully, but also placed in merit without compromising on my family and job. It only requires a dedicated time every week that can also be substituted conveniently. The assignments were practical and helped me gain professional knowledge which i doubt could have been gained through any other ways and means. Additionally, based on this degree ive been promoted and no longer has to struggle for two jobs.
