An 18 hour (3 session) intensive development programme that highlights, progresses and implements international leadership best practice. A focused examination of Leadership that provides participants with the necessary range of responses needed to be successful leaders today and, in the future, – wearing both their business driver and people focused “hats”.

What I will learn?

    On completion of the programme participants will have;

    ·      Increased their knowledge, skills and confidence to provide impactive business and people leadership.

    ·      Identified the major differences between Leadership and Management capability.

    ·      Determined the key roles in their business/organisation that require Leadership capabilities and established what those key capabilities are.

    ·      Examined a number of case studies of effective and ineffective leadership to produce a Leadership success criterion as a guide for future Leadership appointments.

    ·      Practiced and developed their ability to create and articulate an organization’s strategic intent, completed a range of engagement activities and outlined initiatives to improve workforce engagement.

    ·      Clearly constructed a transfer of learning action plan that improves their current and future leadership impact on business/organisation success.

Course Objective

An interactive yet stretching programme that can be enjoyed by current incumbent leaders or by those aspiring to and preparing for leadership positions, designed and delivered by Joel Farnworth; Dean of Management Studies EIU-Paris, Chartered Fellow CIPD. Managing Partner KF&A.

At the end of the programme, participants will have raised their capability and confidence to deliver business results from a personal competence and people leader perspective.
