Very comprehensive and well-thought out course which takes a holistic perspective in covering all the aspects that need to be addressed when trying to end your porn addiction. I found the large number of journaling assignments particularly helpful, as they create a natural pause at the end of each section and enable you to reflect on the topic covered in that section. A lot of my learning happened while I was writing my answers to these assignments. Thanks so much, Giselle, for putting together this course - it has provided a great structured starting point for my onward journey, which will include reading several books on PA and continuing to listen to podcasts on PA and addiction in general. Incidentally, this would be my only suggestion for improving the course - maybe include a (short) list of recommended books at the end of the course? Thanks again!
